Current Student Transcript Requests:

Current students will use Scoir to request transcripts for their college applications regardless of whether they are applying through the college website, Common App, or Scoir. If you need a transcript for a dual enrollment course, please contact Mrs.Radbill at sradbill@franklinchristianacademy.org.


When Applying to a college (initial or mid-year transcripts): 

To order your transcript, log in to Scoir, add the college under the "My Colleges" tab, and move the college to the "Applying" or "Applied" column if you have submitted your application. This alerts your counselor that a transcript needs to be sent.  


Final Transcripts for Seniors Using Scoir: 

Once you have committed to the college of your choice, you will need log in to Scoir, go to the "My Colleges" tab, select the college you will be attending in the "Applied" column, and then mark yourself as "enrolling". This sends an alert to your counselor that you have committed to the college and your final transcript within two weeks after graduation. If you are enrolling in more than one college, please let your counselor know.

Alumni Transcript Requests

All alumni transcript requests must be sent to:
Stephanie Radbill at sradbill@franklinchristianacademy.org and must include name and email/address of where to send the transcript, not just the college name. 
FCA can only send unofficial transcripts directly to alumni. All official transcripts must be sent directly to your educational institution, employer, etc. Secure electronic delivery is available and is the fastest method of delivery at this time. For transcripts to be sent via U.S. Mail, please allow additional time for delivery. Please allow two weeks' notice for all transcript requests.
